FIDLERS MOAT – BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • 1. What’s Included

    The rental price includes utilities, bed linen, towels and a starter supply of household essentials. Fidlers Moat is a self-catering property.

  • 2. Guest Eligibility & Identification

    The lead guest must be at least 23 years of age. Valid photo ID is required for the lead guest and at least one additional guest. The lead guest is responsible for all members of the party.

  • 3. Bookings & Use of Property

    All enquiries are subject to approval. Guests must not assume unrestricted use of the property. Any plans for gatherings, events or additional services must be agreed in advance. A booking is only confirmed once accepted and may require a signed rental agreement. Parties, events, celebrations and unauthorised visitors are not permitted unless agreed in writing. Breach of this condition may result in termination of the stay without refund.

  • 4. Maximum Occupancy

    The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the booking confirmation at any time. Bookings must not be misrepresented.

  • 5. Pets

    Pets are permitted only with prior written approval. A fee per pet, per stay applies.

  • 6.Smoking

    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges.

  • 7. Arrival & Departure

    Check-in is from 4:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and may incur a fee. Late departure without agreement may result in additional charges.

  • 8. Damage Deposit

    A refundable damage deposit is required 24 hours prior to arrival. It will be returned within 10 days of departure, subject to inspection. Deductions may be made for damage, breakages, excessive cleaning or breaches of these conditions.

  • 9. Cleaning

    The property must be left in a reasonable condition. Additional cleaning, specialist treatment or damage may result in further charges.

  • 10. Noise & Behaviour

    Guests must behave respectfully at all times and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly in the evening.

  • 12. Waste & Rubbish

    All rubbish must be bagged before being placed in the bins. Unbagged waste may result in an additional charge

  • 13. Grounds Maintenance

    A gardener may attend the property during your stay to carry out essential maintenance. Please let us know in advance if you have any preferences so we can plan where possible.

  • 14. Safety

    Guests are responsible for supervising children and vulnerable persons at all times, particularly around the moat, hot tub and gym.

  • 15. Changes & Cancellations

    Date changes are subject to availability. All payments, excluding the damage deposit, are non-refundable.

  • 16. CCTV

    External CCTV is in operation covering entrances and outdoor areas. There are no cameras inside the property.

  • 16. Enforcement

    Failure to comply with these conditions may result in termination of the stay, loss of the damage deposit and additional charges.
